While not properly a form or a manual, students embarking on a dissertation would be well served to review the ethical guidelines that deal with research issues. In many cases, students took their class on Ethics, Law and Psychology during the masters phase of their training, often some years prior to the point where they are beginning to formulate dissertation research design.
