Organizational Coaching

 

PSP also plays a leading role in the evolving field of Organizational Coaching and it’s various derivatives: executive coaching, performance coaching, alignment coaching, business coaching and leadership coaching (see the Taxonomy of Organizational Coaching ) . Through contracts established with corporate, governmental and human service agencies throughout the world, PSP offers a variety of Organizational Coach Training Programs that are government certified by PSP through authorization by the State of California. At the present time, PSP is the administrative office for the International Journal of Coaching in Organizations (IJCO); and the President of PSP, William Bergquist, is a co-founder of the International Consortium for Coaching in Organizations (ICCO) and co-author of Organizational Coaching: An Appreciative Perspective.
