PSP plays a leading role in the evolving field of Organizational Coaching and it’s various derivatives: executive coaching, performance coaching, alignment coaching, business coaching and leadership coaching . Through contracts established with corporate, governmental and human service agencies throughout the world, PSP offers a variety of Organizational Coach Training Programs that are government certified by PSP through authorization by the State of California. The President of PSP, William Bergquist is the co-owner and co-editor of the International Journal of Coaching in Organizations (IJCO); and co-founder of the International Consortium for Coaching in Organizations (ICCO).
